Shipping Policy

At Maasi’n’Me, we’re dedicated to delivering your chosen handloom treasures with care and efficiency. We ship orders across the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays, ensuring your order is packed securely and sent through reliable courier services.

Delivery Timelines

• Once you place an order, we aim to dispatch it within 3 business days unless a specific delivery date has been requested.
• Typically, orders reach their destination within 8 to 10 working days.
• All products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.
• Some of our pieces are available on a pre-order basis, especially limited-edition or made-to-order collections. These items will have extended delivery timelines, which will be mentioned on the product page.
• Please note that pre-orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks to be dispatched.
• If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the complete order will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless requested otherwise.

If courier services are unavailable at your location, we’ll use India Post’s Registered Book Post or Speed Post services to fulfill your order.
